Lost pictures and Saturday

The pizza burned on the bottom before the top part cooked the way I like it. One my second try, I lowered the heat at first so the pizza stone wasn't so hot but cranked it once I slide the pizza on, figuring the air around the pizza would be hotter than the stone. I pulled it before the bottom burned but still the top wasn't cooked the way I wanted it.

It beats heating the house up but I'm not too impressed with it.

I have been thinking about meatza but haven't tried it yet.; 10:58 PM
