By the time I take lunch the place is usually empty. Often we just sit and say nothing.
She started whistling and then laughed. I lowered my gaze from the TV and then she smiled her big smile.
"Brian hates it when I whistle," she said.
"And why is that?"
"Because he can't do it."
I shook my head and said, "And I like that you get so much happiness from that."

I wonder if you were eating potato chips.
I had a turkey club with spicy french fries. Amanda took some of the fries so I didn't eat them all.
